AI and ExplainIT!™ are not meant to replace a networking engineer. It is meant to give you steps, possible solutions, and analysis of the information pulled from the monitoring software.

How accurate are ExplainIT!™'s responses?

Our testing has shown results to provide 98.4% accurate information. Again, ExplainIT!™ is meant to assist, not replace, so this is remarkable high results for what the intention of the LLM is.

Is the LLM running ExplainIT!™ shared?

For Enterprises no.  The website demo is a different shared database. During the setup phase of the project, NetByte.AI collects information about the client's network, including device types, manufactures, etc. and then trains the LLM on the Enterprises specific devices. This allows for robust, intelligent responses that are meaningful. Each LLM used to run the solution is private to the Enterprise and SOC2 Compliant.

Can I ask follow up questions to ExplainIT!™'s responses?

Yes. All responses from the LLM have a "ExplainIT!™" button next to the response. Clicking this button opens a chat that allows you to ask follow up and clarifying questions. ExplainIT!™ is as natural as having a conversation with a co-worker, it has just been expertly trained on all things networking.
