The Network Assessment process begins with NetByte's engineers collaborating with your staff to gather essential information about your network. We deploy a collector, either physically or virtually, within your environment and initiate network scans. You have the flexibility to choose which networks and subnets undergo assessment. Once the collector is in place, it starts gathering data, including device configurations, routing details, device types, firmware, and settings. This data collection phase spans 10 business days.
Following data collection, our NetByte engineers and architects thoroughly analyze the information, identifying vulnerabilities, highlighting best practices, and visually illustrating the network's physical and logical layout. Subsequently, we compile all these insights into a comprehensive Network Assessment Report, which we deliver to your leadership team. The report includes detailed recommendations for any necessary network remediation.
Upon receiving the Network Assessment Report, NetByte conducts a meeting with your team to discuss the findings, address any questions or concerns, and provide explanations for recommended remediation actions. Our aim is to ensure that your organization gains a clear understanding of the assessment outcomes and the steps needed to enhance your network's performance and security.
